This piece, inspired by my little brother’s love of “The Beard”, A.K.A. James Harden, snatched third place overall in the Society of Publication Designers student competition and was published in Applied Arts Magazine. It was also shortlisted for a Communication Arts competition, won a silver district Addy, then advanced to win a gold Addy at the national level.
